CURTIS STONE 9X13 ROASTING PAN

I LOVE THIS PAN IT CAN JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS & FOR ME TO PUT MY HAM ON NO-STICK IT WAS BIG ENOUGH BUT NOT TOO BIG FOR MY HAM, THANK YOU CURTIS

Perfect but

I needed a roasting pan for Thanksgiving but didn't arrive in time. Still got a lot of use out of it since and will for sure use it for Christmas dinner. Nonstick works great on both the rack and pan everything just wipes away so easily!

A HICCUP

Pan and rack non stick works OK. Have used cooking a roast beef. I recommend lining the pan with parchment paper because while cleaning up l noticed a very small circular rust spot on one corner near edge on outside of pan. Spot may have been created during part of coating process which left a circular spot puffy on the whole edge of the circle and flat in the center. Willl use the pan as rust did not affect interior of pan.
