  • My new best friend

This is the best coffee pot I have ever owned. It brews coffee really fast and the taste is to die for. I just wish the lid opened and that u didn't have to remove it to put water in it.

  • Just say, NO!

I dislike using the word horrible and Cuisinart together, but with no true “automatic” shut-off on this model, it’s a pain and potentially costly to your kitchen countertop. Let me explain, you have to turn the knob to brew/auto-on, afterwards you have to manually turn the knob to auto shut-off and then it give you 2 hours. Geez, for the price you'd assume it would have the same feature, as a cheap $15 coffee maker, that will cut-off by itself after 2 hours of use. I really am disappointed by the Cuisinart model. I forgot to turn the knob to off and scorched my countertop. The bottom heats up and stays extremely hot! I would not recommend, very unsafe, if you can't remember on your way out the door, to manually turn the knob to auto-off setting after making your coffee.
