The Cuisinart GG-12 GreenGourmet Hard Anodized Non-stick 12-Piece Cookware Set has exclusive Cuisinart Ceramica nonstick technology is ceramic based instead of petroleum based, helping to conserve existing oil supplies and the coating is applied at a temperature one half that of conventional nonstick. Happy shopper

These pot and pans are really nice. Nothing sticks the only down side is they are heavy and it would be nice if the set came with a larger frying pan I believe these will last longer than the 2 years my last set lasted

WONDERFUL POTS & PANS BUT...

The cookware set itself is AMAZING, but DO NOT LET THE LIDS AIR DRY. I washed my pots and pans after one of the most fabulous cooking experiences I've ever had and this morning, ALL THE TOPS that I left to air dry had RUSTED! HSN has made the exchange process very simple and an exchanhe is already being sent to me, but my gosh, I do not know if I want to cook with such a sensitive set again. OMG, I would give 7-stars for the pots and pans themselves. Spaghetti sauce has never slid out of a pot without a trace of evidence left. I sauted veggies and didn't need ANY oil. I browned the heat distribution was FANTASTIC. Oh, but this morning, UGH!

Love them!!!

I cook a lot and nothing compares to these pots! They do not stick and wipe out after you cook nothing sticks or burns to pots. I even baked hot wings in the pots love them! Definetly recommend!

This new cookware is amazing! Absolutely love the weight, quality and everything else about it. This was a perfect replacement for my beaten up calphalon
