    Big disappointment

    We are a fan of Cuisinart, but this waffle maker is a huge disappointment. It looks like it belongs in a child's pretend kitchen. Pancake size is formed for glorified silver-dollar pancakes. Waffle size is very small as well. If you make "real" waffles and pancakes, then stay away from this unit. Sorry Cuisinart, but you failed on this one.

    It smells like burning wire

    I had to send this back. First time I used it there was a smell of burning wires. I thought maybe it was because it was new so I washed it off to try again. I t did not work. The second time I used it the smell was worse so I unplugged it and sent it back. I'm going to try another brand this time. Cuisinart has been letting me down lately.
