    Performance

    Do Not buy this coffee pot!. I have it and it leaks rust from the bottom and has ruined my granite countertop

    DO NOT BUY!!

    BAD purchase! And now cant return it! This thermal carafe does NOT keep the coffee hot at all! Every time we pour our coffee we still have to reheat it in the microwave! The plate doesnt get hot at all. Followed all instructions! My Husband & I bought this as a gift to ourselves for our New Home. Now we have to waste paying $$ for this useless machine, then find a much better model. We had been excited about having a new coffee maker with a thermal carafe. THIS AINT IT! Buyer Beware!
