    User broke the mechanism

    Bought 2. Opened first and immediately broke the mechanism by being two forceful. Could not repair it. Into trash. Instructions would have been helpful. I watched Sara show it off today and now know how it works. I immediately ordered two more for my evergrowing collections.

    Best addition to the CC line

    This is one addition many CC monthly box subscribers have been waiting for!High quality well made and sturdy Finally, going forward to be rid of those space hogging boxes. This is a solution many of us have been joyfully anticipating. I can't wait to see just how many "boxalopes" the binder will hold. The only downside is the binder mechanism is a bit finicky ( should have had directions for those not familiar with that type of opening).Otherwise, I would have given it a whopping 5 stars.

    User error

    There is nothing wrong with the binder. It is user error. The open and close lever is in the middle. Push one way to open and the other way to close.
