Crafter's Companion Gemini Junior Die-Cutting and Embossing Machine

I feel the machine is the right size for the craft room not bulky , easy to move around if needed. But on the first couple of passes it did warp the magnetic mate and the plastic mat so bad that I will have to replace. On a good note it does cut beautifully. In all fairness this is my first time with a automatic machine and could be some user error, but I truly do feel like I followed the instructions for cutting out the dies .

I have watched these demonstrated on the crafting show and was excited to get mine. I made the sandwich stack of plates and shims EXACTLY as directed in the guide. The plates are very bowed and the dies which came with the machine cut into the top plate and made deep impressions. I know thats not supposed to happen. Too much pressure with mine. Im waiting to hear from the company.

I really can't review the actual product. What I am forwarding is my interaction with HSN. I ordered this product and was given updates that is was on the way. I waited and waited and nothing. I logged on to HSN to track my shipping only to find out my order was cancelled. HSN didn't contact me to let me know why. I called and spoke to a representative and she wasn't able to give me a reason why it was cancelled. I still don't know why it was cancelled.
