Never any printed instructions

On all of Crafter's companion products there are never any written instructions provided. I do not have the time or patience to run to another room to look up a video tutorial on my computer. Would much prefer to have written instructions included with the product. Have suggested this innumerable times and never receive a response. After a little trial and error and a few sheets of cardstock ruined, I figured it out, but written instruct. and photo would be best!

Disappointed

Received my album spine. Disappointed. No instructions what so ever anywhere. No videos, whats up with that. There are always videos. Nothing even on crafters companions web site. Im bummed. Send videos
