Cheap hoops but cute charm

The hoops that come with the heart are very cheap and poorly made. They were difficult to clasp and unclasp and practically fall apart when trying to take them off. But since I got these on a very low clearance price, I'm keeping them because I like the heart charms. I just put them on another pair of hoops.
