Chef Jet Tila 2-Quart Hybrid Nonstick Clad Stainless Steel Covered Saucepan
This is Chef Jet Tila's stainless steel pan with three layers: an exterior of magnetic stainless steel (so it can be used on any range, even induction), a core of pure aluminum—providing even heating across the bottom and up the sides—and third, a top layer of stainless steel, layered with an ingenious nonstick surface. Most nonsticks are made of layers of coatings placed on top of each other. Chef Jet knew they'd get scratched and likely not brown food as well as a pure metal surface. Thus, his hybrid coating. The saucepan surface is a combination of raised stainless steel designs (his logo, by the way) with nonstick in-between. The result is the perfect balance between sear and release. Plus, it's metal utensil safe. With an up to 2-quart capacity, it's perfect for sauces and soups. And it comes with a tempered glass lid with a durable, wide stainless rim. Dishwasher safe.
