Chef Jet Tila 10" Hybrid Ceramic Nonstick Clad Stainless Steel Skillet
Chef Jet Tila has designed a 10" Hybrid Ceramic Nonstick Clad Stainless Steel Skillet with a true tri-ply stainless steel pan, consisting of three layers: an exterior of magnetic stainless steel (so it can be used on any range, even induction), a core of pure aluminum providing even heating across the bottom, and up the sides as well; the top layer of stainless steel has an ingenious nonstick layered into it. The innovative hybrid nonstick coating is a combination of raised stainless steel designs (his logo, by the way) and in-between he added a ceramic nonstick. The result is the perfect balance between sear and release. Plus, it's metal utensil and dishwasher safe.
