Poor quality turquoise nothing like on TV!!!

I am angry about the misleading representation of this necklace on HSN. The item I received was a washed out green & full of black matrix. Buyer beware of you return you pay the return shipping and organize the shipping yourself. It cost me $48.80 to return to New Mexico and insure it. Why does HSN not disclose online what products have easy return label and which ones do not - very costly to return. Shame on Chaco Canyon and HSN for marketing a beautiful item on TV - not what I received!
