Design Information

  • Sterling silver drop earrings with oval bezel-set stabilized Kingman turquoise at center and pear-shaped stabilized Kingman turquoise cabochons forming a cross
  • Tapered bail

Good to Know
  • Moisture, skin oils and environmental factors can change the color of turquoise jewelry if left untreated. But stabilizing turquoise helps preserve the stone's normal color. Natural, mined turquoise nuggets are heated at a very low temperature for about a week, slowly drawing out moisture without damaging the texture. The stones are then placed into acrylic or polymer chemicals to replace water molecules. This stabilizes the stone and keeps its beauty and value intact.

  • Due to the composition and natural properties of mined gemstones, the product image may show slight differences to the actual stone in color saturation, tone, hue or other gemstone characteristics such as phenomena, color banding and color matrix.

  • Gemstones and pearls are sometimes treated to enhance their natural beauty. To learn more and find out about care instructions see details.

  • I will be back for more!

This piece is beautiful it looks like Sleeping Beauty it's absolutely perfect in every way the silver work the the setting everything! My first Chaco Canyon purchase I was a bit skeptical and hoping it didn't have a lot of veins and it didn't! I hope and expect my future purchases to be just as beautiful happy happy happy!

  • Nice cross

This is a nice cross. The Kingman stones were perfectly matched with no matrix. It has a couple of imperfections, but that is to be expected with handmade jewelry. The only negative for me was the bail. It was fairly flat instead of rounded and limits the style of chain I can wear it on. It won't fit on my favorite rolo chain or on my beaded necklaces.
