  • Fabulous

I love this sewing machine. It is light but durable I am partially disabled and not able to pick up heavy things anymore. This has put my crafting on a different level love this machine

  • This has become my favorite sewing machine.

I presently had two other machines but they were hard to move around after two knee surgeries. They were cast metal and I needed a lighter version of a really good machine. This sounded like it might fit my requirements and it did. I carried it upstairs to my sewing room by myself; something I couldn't do with the other machines. I was really amazed at what all the machine could do. My favorite features are the automatic threading and, sense I am a quilter, the quilting features promise to come in very handy. The sewing speed control has been my most used feature to date. You can sew slow where needed or speed it up on other items. My overall favorite feature is the light weight, while still being a heavy duty durable machine.

  • Great Little Machine

Love this machine...I bought it based on the presentation by Julie Fei-Fen Balzer. The main feature that impressed me was the auto sew and the fact I don't need to use the foot pedal. I have much more control over my sewing. I've tried many of the decorative stitches and they're excellent, nice even stitches. I have another machine which is all metal, heavier, and does only a few stitches. Over the years it has become more difficult for me to use. This is a great machine that does a lot, has a lot of stitches without costing the price of a new car.

  • Disappointed

I ordered this because my other machine is over 7 years old and wanted to update. I was disappointed when I took the machine out of the box and set it up. The plastic was pretty flimsy especially where you put the thread spool. I did not think it would hold up at all. The plastic part where the thread spool is attached snaps down and you need to snap it up when you thread the machine. The spool holder was not sturdy at all. Also, the flaps where the stitches are shown also snap and these parts were also very thin and flimsy. I retuned it. I guess the old saying you get what you pay for is true. I would rather pay a little more and get a more stable machine that won't fall apart.
