I love Brendas Products. I started with the Air Climber and then advanced to the X Climber, which I use daily. I was needing to change things up so I purchased the Slim Strider and WOW, am I glad I did, cause IM SO ENJOYING this machine. I am so glad I purchased this to help me with my weight loss and my workouts. I am surprised how much I enjoy working out with the Slimstrider 360. Normally I don't enjoy exercise, with this system I look forward to my workouts with Brenda and some days I will get on it twice. I noticed the poor reviews were basically about having to put it together or that the equipment is noisy or seems flimsy. I would say this is due to the purchaser 1) being intimidated by the parts and instructions and not bothering to try and put it together or 2) Not following the instructions and putting it together improperly. Everything needed to put this together ( tools and instructions) are included. I also found a detailed tutorial on YouTube that some might find helpful. My husband and I put it together in 20 minutes. It is helpful to have an extra set of hands. But one person can do it. And to top it off the price is awesome! IT WORKS! LOST 30 LBS IN 3 MONTHS
After turning 50, I was hardly active. SlimStrider 360 ease to assemble, and no joke, my knees didn't kill me. I couldn't believe I was having fun exercising. I can now go 2hours. The weight is finally coming off, and I am getting toned legs and my stomach is shrinking. I have a ways to go, but I will never stop using this life-changing exercise system.AmyGamer, CA

I love how much more this machine can do for me. fifty years old and loving this machine. if you can be steady on your feet then you can use this product. the video is excellent. I have gone back on this machine more than once in the same day. and I don't like to exercise.bunnylady1, PA
I really figured i was ordering another "clothes hanger" as my husband calls lots of exercise equipment.. BUT i must say i was surprised at how much this works out my legs and tush.. I can only go about 5 minutes at a time yet but building on that.... I have it in my living area in the basement and when commercials come on i jump up and stride along. SO easy on knees, I can feel improvement already.. So far I totally love this item. I do think putting together needs worked on that took me and hubby awhile. also love how light weight and EASY to move this is..Red2196, IA
It took me two hours to put it together and I managed it fine. I like this machine because it's easy on my bones. There isn't any hard impact and I can watch t.v. and just stride along at my own pace. I can work up a sweat if I want or just cruise along and get my heart pumping. I really like the inner thigh exercise because I've had thunder thighs my entire life. This is a great little exercise machine, simple and easy to get on and off of.wionee, MO

Great exercise machine
Hi, I just had hip replacement surgery two months ago and I am still having physical therapy. I asked my therapist if it would be OK to do the SlimStrider at home. I have started slowly (2-5 minutes) with this machine and it is wonderful. There is no stress on my knees and no stress on the hips. Some of the circular motions I will not be able to do for awhile, but the gliding and side lifts are working wonders. Now I am up to 5-10 minutes 3-4 times a day. Always ask your doctor first and physical therapist about your exercise program, but this is going to be a wonderful tool for me to gain strength and endurance!elpmarcos240, MD
