Smooth and slow drying, they allow blending and mixing right on the canvas (the basis of the Bob Ross wet-on-wet method). These nontoxic base coats are also used to thin other oil colors for application over thicker paint.

- Apply a very thin, even coat over the entire surface area using a natural bristle brush, but do not allow to dry before you begin painting. Thin only with Turpenoid Odorless Thinner.
