I recd this product and the first time I used it it worked good on first fill after filling the second time it made a pop noise and the quit working. would not recommend this product

Working Great

One of my dog licks the kitchen floor a lot. I was wondering what to use to wash it, and saw this steamer. It is working out very well. The brush helps where there are stains. I tried using the steamer with brush in my sink, but couldnt maneuver it to do a good job. I just wish it used regular water instead of distilled. Also the pads dont wash very well.

LOVE IT

Purchased this a couple months ago. I have a tile floor and 3 pups. I love the way it preforms. I always thought I got all the dirt up when I mopped. I was shocked at how dirty my floors were. The only suggestion I have is that the pads be a little bit bigger. It takes a bit of maneuvering to get them on. I am sold on this steam mop and would purchase again

I had to leave review,

I admit I stalled for some time a long to order this item, if it held up to its full function or not. I'm delighted to say I now have this item, used several times now, functions wonderfully. It does and functions as described in the video. Thumbs up hsn . 35 yrs and every merchandise I've bought held up to its standards no regrets. Which then I purchased the Brissell carpet cleaner and tried it yesterday on my carpet works efficient and such great quality, easier then vacuming. Thanks hsn.
