    Love the shoes

    I love Birkenstocks but the problem is with HSN. Sent me the wrong sandals. I ordered white & got pebbled rose gold. Sent them back & their system never updated to say they received. I thought I had lost my receipt from the post office & had I not found it I would have been out the shoes & the money when they sent the wrong ones to begin with. Luckily I found my receipt & got my refund but their system still didnt update to say they received the return until another week later.

    Very Beautiful

    These are my prettiest pair of Birkenstocks. I will keep these for special places. They do run narrow, so I would buy 1 size up. I did that and it worked good for me.

    Mt Favorite Sandals

    This pearl color is beautiful. I always wore the original Birks with 2 wide straps. Decided to give these a try. Glad I did. The fit is perfect. BTW, I have 5 other pairs. These are the only sandals that do not hurt my feet. Both hips and 1 knee surgery.

    Why are back straps so short??

    I have been buying and wearing Birkenstocks (also their Papillo line) for decades. Same size always has been perfect. So I mean I own, easily, 40+ pair. But I have been SO disappointed and confused thst ksteky the back straps on several styles are too short so they are too tight. There is NO adjustment room. I hated sending the only B. Wedges back due to this problem. And these have the same issue. There usually isn't even enough length given to pierce a home for myself. Quality control is lousy
