    Incorrect Size is being sent

    As previous reviewer has mentioned, I am having to return and reorder for a 3rd time as the employee fulfilling the order is sending the incorrect size because they are not reading the conversion correctly

    Wrong again

    I am returning this for the second time because someone is reading the UK size and not the US size! Please train the employees on this! I love Birkenstock but have given up on this one!

    Sadly disappointed in this shoe

    I have over a dozen pairs of Birkenstocks, one of which is a pair of clogs. These clogs do not compare AT ALL in quality or sizing. The sizing runs larger than normal, so it just slipped around on my foot. The bottom is felt, not the normal secure footing bottom. The inside is a fake fur like material, warm for sure, but it does not allow the foot bed to mold to your specific foot shape, which is a feature of Birkenstocks. I am very unhappy with the quality and returned the item.
