    lack of size information

    I love Birkenstocks, I have many pairs. I ordered these from HSN and should have known better to order a shoe size only and not the width size. I am disappointed in HSN for not stating that the sandal that would be sent was a NARROW, not regular foot bed. HSN needs to add to their descriptions the width of shoe. Make it part of the ordering process or add the disclaimer that all shoes are narrow width.I love Birkenstocks and will make this pair work but very disappointed in HSN.

    Wonderful Sandel/Shoe

    These are the most comfortable shoes ever! Love the fit and sizing is perfect, the leather is so soft and does not rub on your skin and mark you. I love these shoes I brought 3 different styles of Birkenstock leather sandels.

    Not as comfortable as in the past

    These dont seem to feel as comfortable as the ones I purchased 5 years ago. With adjusting the straps the width is not hitting correctly scooshing my toes. The footbed feels a lot harder.
