Arrived damaged

Lavender scent leaked all over the inside of the tinso it was returned after speaking with customer servicewho assured me my account would be credited and no return postage would be charged. I am currently overdue on the Feb. installment, and no credit has been issued! No product + no refund = not happy!!!
