    Soft Blanket but..

    Ordered the sapphire thinking it was the dark blue like the Gem Stone is but was sent the light blue one, returned. They need to state what color is matched to the color in pictures so we know what we are ordering like.

    Blanket stopped working after three days and I was offered No refund or replacement. So I give this the lowest rating possible,

    Not as pictured

    Picture shows dual controls... leads you to believe you are getting a blanket with dual controls,right? No... HSN sent me a blanket with one control- and the control didn't look like the one pictured. Right blanket description, controls not as pictured. And I wanted a dual control blanket. That's misleading your customers, HSN...
