    Not easy to convert

    I couldn't figure out how to convert to a scarf. No easy like it shown on TV. Cute idea, but not user friendly. Returning 2 that I had bought as gifts.

    Runs small

    In hat form it doesnt fit my head wellit needs to be a bit bigger. When in the scarf mode, it also runs short. Great idea, poor execution.
