    Return not processed

    I had returned this item in July, it accidently went to SHOP HQ in which Pitney bowes states they received on July 31st. Since it wasn't SHOP HQ's product, I have yet to see a refund and NO ONE can help me. They stated the item will be returned back to me once they find the error. It is now Sept. 7. NO ONE CAN HELP ME! This is a problem!!!

    Ugly and Expensive Returns

    Ugly on. And,don't buy if you don't want to pay for exorbitant shipping costs if you have to return them. I can't stand it when there is no return label. Have to pay for shipping is bad enough but when it lands up costing half the price of the product, that's criminal and HSN should be held accountable for this type of abominable customer service which is a misrepresentation of what their sales people tell customers. "If you're unhappy simply return the product with easy returns". Just nonsense.
