Beautiful necklace, terrible clasp

I love this necklace it is beautiful and hefty in weight like real gold. The clasp blends beautifully like another link but it is nearly impossible to open wide enough for the link to go in. It makes it very difficult to put it on and it be straight and to get it off. Please rethink your clasp if I didn't really like it I would have returned it.

Beautiful Necklace

I agree with the other reviewers on the clasp! However, when you do get it on it's exquisite! I love this necklace. It's a showstopper and looks like quality.

Faulty Design

This necklace is beautiful. However, the clasp is all wrong. It is way too small to open & close. It took me 30 mins to try on & another 20 to get off. It shouldnt be this difficult to put on & take off a simple necklace!! A clasp redesign is definitely in order.

Poor Design of Necklace Clasp

I loved the necklace but returned it. The design of the clasp makes it very difficult to connect and close, which took me several tries to finally get the clasp connected. Maybe something like a swivel lobster clasp would be easier to use.
