What a disappointment

To pay so much for a S/S bracelet and the clasp doesnt clasp ,I bought the avg. Im just glad I didnt loose it . It is a beautiful bracelet but when it wont stay clasped first time I buy this brand , wont make that mistake again.

Nice bracelet, but

I ordered this bracelet twice, because the first time I received the wrong gemstone color. The second time I received the right stone color, but the wrong size. Im contemplating on whether on re-ordering it or not. It is a nice bracelet that is well-made. Although, I found a sapphire bracelet at HSN that I like even better.

So very disappointed

Tried "living" in it, as Mr. Manse suggests, only to lose it days after arrival. Clasp was not snug, but I thought it would hold fine as long as it wasn't pulled on. Nope. Disappointed to have lost it before I even got it paid for. On the upside, the bracelet was so cute, fit well and was comfortable in the size small and coordinated with everything. I'm a big fan of Bali RoManse and own many of Robert's bracelets, but this one really let me down. Lovely bracelet, terrible clasp. :-(

Incorrect Size

Order a large. Label claims large sent.Either incorrect bracelet was sent (which I believe I should not have to pay return fee) or their "large" runs very small. In any event, I am returning.

Wrong size

The small clearly states 6 3/4-however, upon measuring it; its a 6 bracelet! I have a 6 wrist and needed a second person to fasten the most difficult clasp I have ever seen on a bracelet. It fits super tight and no average size available to exchange for. Returned for those reasons.
