  • Really works

I love it. I have been in so much pain with herniated disk and pinched nerves and could barely get on the floor to use the back2life. However, after using it, I can roll over on my side, get up, and walk upright with an unbelievable amount of relief. I'm in the process of exchanging mine because of slack/movement between the top and bottom section, and can't wait for the replacement unit to arrive. I've purchased the 2 year extended warranty on this one. If it weren't for that I'd give 5 stars.

  • Low Back Help

This is the second Back2Life I have purchased. I enjoy the help it gives my lower back. Having previously herniated---not ruptured---three lumbar vertebrae, my lower back occassionly is very tight. Besides doing doctor prescribed stretching exercises, this system keeps me mobile.

  • Theory vs. Practice

I purchased the Back2life product after suffering from low back pain for the past 30years. I have good days, no pain, no pain meds. I have days so debilitating I can barely support my body. When I saw an infomercial on this item, I had to jump on it. My feeling that even 20% better would be heaven. Unfortunately, it was difficult for me to use with my bad back. To get down and up from the floor isn't always real easy with a damaged back. In theory this machine seemed perfect, I so believe in CPM. In practice it is at times nearly impossible to use. I cannot rate this item, I cannot say I would recommend it. I can only address my issues.

  • Serious back problems

I was excited to receive the Back2Life machine because I've heard many good things about it. But when you have serious issues in several areas of your back it didn't seem to do me any good. It didn't hurt or anything. In my opinion it could raise up higher than it does. It just didn't do it for me. Getting down on the floor can be complicated too if you're in a bad way already. Good luck

  • Not as expected

I was excited to get this and try it out and be pain free. Not! I feel like you can do the same thing by laying on the floor with you legs on the couch in the same position and rotate your hips. This barely moves. The matt had such a strong chemical smell, gave me an instant headache. Not worth the money and you have to return on your own so it costs alot, which is not right when you purchase something that isn't as described.

  • Item ok but return shipping is costly

The item itself was not that bad but turned out to be something not right for me. If you have any issues with getting on the floor then please do not order. I am surprised that they did not tell you on the front end that if you want to return this item you have to pay shipping yourself. I took it to UPS and to get this item returned from Mississippi to California cost me $62.60 which I feel is outrageous. That is close to 1/2 of what the item cost. I will double check on future items what the return policy is before I buy. First time this has ever happened with an item I ordered from HSN. Highly disappointed.

  • For the lazy

It's big, looks cheap. It doesn't work on carpeting, so plan on falling asleep laying in the middle of your kitchen floor. Expensive way for you to just do a little stretching. And then when you go to return it, surprise no return paperwork. No help from the company. HSN tried contacting, still have heard nothing for over a month. So I'm spending almost half the price to return it out of my pocket. That's some lesson to learn if you're just trying to find something to help back pain
