    Beautiful but ...

    This is a beautiful purse and it is the style I was looking for. I'm older and I had a purse like this forever ago, and it's so classic, I wanted it again. HOWEVER don't try to put too much into it, it doesn't give/stretch a lot when trying to close so you can only put your phone, wallet, and earplugs case in it. Also, I'm not sure what the pouch on the side can be used for because it is 'open' so anything that you put in there can be easily taken out-by someone else. I also don't use the scarf

    First received I loved the bag. Looks great. I did not use until more than a month later, too late to return. This bag is extremely difficult to open and close. Only Patricia Nash bag Ive purchased and regretted.

    Tight fit

    I got this bag to replace one that was 20 years old and falling apart. I like the basic shape but it is hard to open the top and cant fit much in it. With a wallet my sunglasses wont fit. Since it is solid, the sides, dont give to allow for more objects.

    Mersea bag review

    I am torn the purse is cute, and small for my taste, (it could have been a little longer at least 12-121/2 inches in length however the bag is not practical the top flap doesnt open wide at all,it is very akward and cumbersome to get in and out of, it may give some (how leather does with time) which would be nice, thats what I am hoping for other wise its just cute to look at and not practical at all. the back pocket doesnt hold my phone or keys so that I dont have to fight to get into it
