Waste of money and time!!

I as well as several others could not get it to connect to my wi-fi. I tried sending it back once but the shipping label would'nt scan.

Not satisfied

The arlo security camera could never connect to wifi. I got a pamphlet discussing subscription with charges. Just don't want to mess with it. I went with ring and it sets anywhere and takes seconds to set up. Arlo is going back.

Finally Works

Finally works well. You have to split your WI-FI. Your cable company will tell you how. Now works very good. I will probably buy one for my house.

No worth it

I purchased this item and began with the instructions for the app and installation. I kept running into a problem, the Arlo company does not have a working telephone number in the US to talk and discuss my issues. So, as a result, very disappointed with this product, am returning it.

Frustrated

I just received mines and its not pairing with the substation or without it. I also have other cameras connected to the substation. Its just not working.
