Did not work at all put it to charge still nothing

Don't waste your money and trouble when having to return it. I bought this for emergency. After several days of charging, it would shut off after only, literally a minute of use. It's defective and the thing that's the most upsetting is that there was no paperwork sent with it so I'm on the hook for returning this 5lbs broken, paper weight back at my own expense. I think this may come from a 3rd party company and not directly for HSN thus the lack of normal HSN easy return paperwork.

This has lots of features and great potential. I will know better during the next storm that knocks out power. I live in Texas, it happens a lot.

ThiThis is one of many times that I have ordered items from HSN that were not shipped by HSN. They had no invoices in the box. Poorly packaged. Using garbage tape that did not hold on the cardboard box. No filler like air pillows in the box so the item does not bang around on the way to delivery. So sad. They use so many outside venders now to help get things shipped out. Not working well in some cases. Not happy at all.
