  • Lovely Bracelet

Very pretty bracelet. Unique that its made out of paper. Bought one in white and one in black. However, it does runs small. Not for a large wrist. I have a thin wrist and it just fits.Glad to be able to support women working to help their families.

AKOLA

A desire to empower women galvanizes Akola founder Brittany Merrill Underwood. It's a calling that's led the socialpreneur to Uganda and Dallas where Akola, which means "she works" in a Ugandan dialect, fulfills that mission. In both places, women create distinctive jewelry featuring surprising materials like recycled glass and handrolled paper beads. In doing so, they become agents of change in their families and communities. Be part of the movement. Redesign your wardrobe with jewelry that has the power to redesign lives.
