    Waist of time and money

    Put the thing together, and it fell apart the first week I had it. "IT WENT BACK".. Buyer beware

    Milocks

    Im very disappointed with this item. The 1,2,3 and the light does not work. I had a professional locksmith put it in so I know the problem is with this item. I would recommend this to a friend if everything worked properly.

    Horrible HSN Service

    I returned this item using HSN return label and not only did I have to pay for the return shipping but its lost and now I have to do the work to figure out where it is and pay for it until its resolved. I have been an HSN customer for at least 6 years and their customer service has gotten worse instead of better.
