Silver Eagle dollar
  • Genuine legal tender silver bullion coin struck by the United States Mint each year since 1986 in a limited edition
  • Contains approx. 1 oz. of pure silver backed by the United States Government for weight, content and purity
  • Legal tender United States coin with a face value of one dollar
  • One of the world's most popular silver bullion coins

MS70 (Uncirculated) condition
  • Mint State condition with the highest possible grading of 70
  • Outstanding eye appeal with its full, original luster

SP70 (Satin-finish) condition
  • Struck especially for collectors on highly buffed, burnished planchets (blanks) that yield a sharp strike with a mirror-like surface and softly frosted highlights, as opposed to the standard highlights of regular proofs
  • Better quality than Mint State, but not quite the quality of Proof coins
  • Graded with 11 different grades from (lowest to highest) SP60 to SP70
  • From 2005 to 2010, the U.S. Mint's satin-finish coins were also graded under the SP designation

PR70 (Proof) condition
  • Proof coin with the highest possible grading of 70
  • Struck at least twice on highly polished coin blanks to bring out the mirrored background and high-relief images

Reverse Proof (RP70) condition
  • The same as proof, only the coin has a mirrored image and high-relief background

Proof and Reverse Proof coins have Deep Cameo (DCAM) finish
  • Deeply frosted devices and lettering that contrast with the fields to produce extra-sharp details

Enhanced Uncirculated (EU70) condition
  • Combines a heavily frosted finish with an uncirculated finish in key design elements to enhance contrast and detail

  • Helps protect coins' graded condition during storage and display
