WonderFold S3 Push & Pull Folding Wagon with Cooler and Cupholder

There were no instructions included. It took over an hour to search for instructions and set everything up. Cooler was very difficult to attach. One of the strap hooks was missing.

WHILE I LIKE THE ROOM IT HAS MY PUSH PART BROKE WITHIN 3 USES SO I CAN ONLY PULL I BOUGHT IT FOR THE PUSH OPTION ALSO IT DOESNT FOLD RIGHT WITH THE COOLER ATTACHMENT ATTACHED IM NOT EVEN DONE PAYING FOR THIS THING (FLEX PAY) AND READY TO TOSS IT

Cart is spacious holding umbrellas, chairs, etc. cooler bag hard to attach. I love the push handle. Cart moves nicely on hard surfaces but bogs down as soon as it hits sand. The problem is the front wheels are not the same distance apart as the back wheels. Maybe if they could be locked in position for the sand. I bought this for the beach and we needed 2 people to practically carry it.

Totally disappointed it does not work on the sand. I thought it does so I'm looking to return it. It's good everywhere else excepTthe beach maybe maybe I misunderstood but I thought it goes all on the beach. I'm very disappointed.

Missing parts, called customer service. They was pleasant and shipped out another one for an exchange
