WonderFold S3 Push & Pull Folding Wagon with Cooler and Cupholder

I received this wagon and there were no to poor instructions on attaching the cooler portion. I contacted the company and they sent me an email w instruction. I tried again to attach cooler and in the process the clip that attaches to metal frame clamped on my finger and left a bruise. The cooler did not fit! It was cut too short to fit the frame of the wagon. Sending back for refund! Very disappointed!

First one the handlebar started falling apart after two weeks. Second one came and It only steers to the right. Contacted again and said they cant exchange but gave small credit. Now another two weeks later the thing wont fold together or go back to a wagon its just stuck in half folded half open position. I would not recommend this wagon to my worst enemy. Now its unusable and a month old. Listen to the other reviews and avoid this product.

Been wanting a wagon such as this for years. The main feature I wanted was a wagon to PUSH. Im a senior with bad knees that definitely need replacing. I need it for taking garbage to dumpster and to the laundry room which is a trek for an old gal. I managed to get it out of the box and unfolded; except for the push handle. It came out folded down and refuses to unfold, making it unusable. I emailed the company to ask if there was a trick to it. Absolutely no response. No way that I can get it

I purchased this wagon for the beach. Per the video it was great for the beach. It is horrible the front wheels will not go straight it was so hard to pull. Very disappointed.

We use the folding wagon for the first time today. It does not go through the sand at all. All we had in it was a cooler and two chairs. It was a serious struggle to get it through the sand. Also, the handle turn my husband's hand black. On the inside of the handle. It was like it was melting in his hand. I do not recommend getting this if you want something to take out to the beach. It was a complete waste of money. I wish I could return it.

my husband and I have bad backs but love the beach thats why I purchased this but wasnt good in the sand at all found this out after the return date expired or would have returned it for sure needs pneumatic wheels

I order one looks great,and heavy duty,once you put 30 to 50 poundsHard to steer,they replaced,and they send one that was returned previously,not good will returned won't buy it no more.

I cannot find where to report missing package. My package showed delivered and was not I was looking forward to using this for my kiddos, but upset it has not been delivered how can I get a refund?

This wagon is terrible. It is not easy to push on anything except solid concrete. It broke within 1 week of usage (used maybe 5 times).

We live near the coast in Georgia.This wagon was supposed to roll wonderfully over sandy beaches. That was my reason for buying 2. One for me...one for my daughter. We had to literally drag and push through the sand.

don't believe the hype this wagon does not work in sand I went to the beach and was so embarrass at how it couldn't get through the sand. this company did not do a great job by review the item before buying. you guys its a reason why they never show us actually how this item is use in sand cause it DONT WORK IN THE SAND. this is completely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!

The wagon itself is great, but the basket that came with the purple wagon is too short. We exchanged and yet again the purple basket is too short by almost an inch. Tried calling the companies customer service with no answer. So we exchanged for color in hopes the basket will fit. Very frustrating!!

I received this and was so excited until I tried to attach the cooler and it was so small it was not wide enough to attach to the rails. Such a let down.
