this is the 2d shipment with packets that does not have the name on the packet. I have more than one product with packets and I have no idea what is in the packet! The product is great the packaging is starting to be a problem

Ive been on AutoShip with Andrew Lessmans womens complete and my sons take Andrew Lessmans mens complete. Ive been very happy but was disappointed to notice that the vitamin A its no longer 5000 IU which is 100% of what is needed. Its now half of that 2500 IU.

At age 75 I just thought it was a natural progression, that your hair got thinner and finer. I didn't know I needed to take vitamins until I started to feel better and have more energy. My finger nails have always split and broken, now they are growing long. I even have to clip them off now. And I swear my hair is thicker and has more body. This vitamin is making me feel better.

I needed to take a better multivitamin and I already take other vitamin from Andrew Lessman and I do like them, they don't appear to bother my stomach so I do trust the quality of his vitamins. Thanks
