Women's Elite 100 with Maximum Essential Omega-3 - 60 Packets

I have been using these for years and would not change gives me the base I need and along the way I add other minerals etc to fit my personal needs

I took as directed and was in agony, I mean agony. Bloated and my chest hurt, I was scared something was wrong! Belly ache, didn't want to eat.The next day, I felt better - but this happened the next two times I tried to take supplements (with one meal) and I went online and learned that with some people, exceeding doses of certain vitamins like C and also selenium (if memory serves) can cause major stomach cramps.I am on day 3 of misery, did not take for 2 days. "Gentle even for sensitive stomachs" on the label is not the case with me. If you have issues with supplements, these may not be any different. I can take a regular (one) multi vitamin and a D3 and I am fine. These just chewed up my insides. :( I wish I could report what others have. Has 1,667% of recommended allowance of vitamin C. Why??!! 4,167 % of B12 1,240% Niacin -- Over the top and I am paying dearly.Also ordered the Women's 100, started with these, then a couple of days later tried those instead and had

You call this complete, but everytime I see your show you are telling us to buy more. Why don't you put it all in one packet and charge more. My cabinet would overflow if i bought what you say i need, and travelling with all these bottles is impossible.

Wow, I was definitely allergic to these, had a reaction from day one. Unfortunately they had to go back. I wish I didn't have to give this such a low rating because I could tell the quality was very good - just waaayyy to much for my body to handle. I'll stick with my other Lessman products which are all great.

I just received my first delivery and will be returning these without ever even taking any. Every single vitamin that I have every received from Andrew Lessman, all look the same. Every capsule in this packet is the same so you don't know which is which. I don't like that. They look just like my glucosamine and vitamin D. Previously, I was taking another packet that had all different vitamins and the cost was much less. I will be going back to that immediately. No more Andrew Lessman for me.

The B12 in Andrew's multi is cyancobolamine which is not easily absorbed by the body. The best B12 is methylcobolamine which is more costly but is absorbed easily. Most vitamin companies use the cyancobolamine because it is much cheaper but it is not the best. I was disappointed to find that Andrew does not use the best B12 in his vitamins. For this reason I have stopped using all his vitamins that contain B12 .Anyone can read up on vitamins and determine which are the best; you don't have to take my word for it.

For some reason I have a physical reaction - maybe its just too much at once. I tried 3 separate days / times but still get sick after taking them . I have to return them. Maybe I need to go for the single caplet again - it worked well for me

These vitamins upset my stomach.

Really wanted to like these pills especially after paying the price I did. Boy, these pills had such a disgusting taste that I couldn't get past and that wasn't the worst part, burping it i through out the day is what did it.

I tried these vitamins aftr hearing so many wonderful things about the Lessman line of vitamins. I was hoping to get more energy and feel somewhat healthier overall. After 2 1/2 weeks of taking the vitamins regularly, there was no difference, and the pills are large nd hard to swallow. Taking 5 a day became a bit teadious. Unfortunately I had to return them, though I LOVE th Healthy Hair Skin and Nails!!! I'm thinking about trying the Energy and Fat Metabolism next.

I was so excited about this formulation and the "easy on the stomach" promise. However, it was not good for me. Made me feel like I literally had the flu type symptoms. I tried to stick with it for a week, but no improvements. My stomach was beyond bad on this formulation. It is hard to find a good multi vitamin without vitamin K, which I don't want to have due to a blood disorder, so I am again very disappointed.

I had no extra energy, didn't feel any better, didn't have better nails which is usually an idicator if supplements are working. Took them all so couldn't send back as after the 30 day guaranty but wanted to give them time to work. Shjould of sent them back.

I love and have bought before in the large containers. Ease of grapping a bunch of packets and keeping in my desk at work make the daily routine so easy.

I am not certain what the hype is.....I can buy almost the same quality for much less.......These are irritating to the stomach.......

Pretty sure its the excessive Biotin. I have never had break outs like this EVER. Huge marble like cysts under the skin and a plethora of whiteheads I am canceling my auto ship.
