We R Makers File Tab Punch with Refills

I was so excited to get this, but I can't get it to punch through a single piece of copy paper, let alone card stock. I read the directions, watched youtube to see if is was missing something and I'm not. Started reading reviews on it from other vendors and it was a common issue. It either didn't work from the start (like mine) or stopped punching through the paper after a short time.

Don't buy unless you are willing to keep buying the refills. You can't even cut on folded paper. Cuts a single side tab.
