Very gentle & no issues with stomach. Vitamin C is one of my regular / daily doses after Breakfast & after Dinner. The todays special price was good, the colors were fantastic, I wanted the ivory color also was sent two pairs of the red. Really nice shoes. Had I know they were so comfortable I would have gotten several colors.
