TRUHAIR by Chelsea Scott® Color & Lift Thickening Fibers Refill - Red

Being a powder, this product tended to flatten my roots and dull the shine. Not much product in the container for the price. I think a wash-out mousse would be a better and more economical way to fill in between colorings.

A lot ligher than I thought it would be.Do not like the brush at all.Messy but workable.Not sure that I would buy again.

Dark Brown was sold out and I settled for the medium Brown and it was just okay!I will not order the medium again, my roots are dark brown and it did not suit my taste at all. Seems to have an auburn reddish tint.Not real happy with the substitute!Seems to have a drying affect!My hair is coarse! Dried my hair more than I preferred, disappointed.

Came off on my hands and pillow.coverage and appearance were good. I only use for emergencies.

Not easy to manipulate as demonstrated. The plastic shield doesn't stay in place when doing edges and the color doesn't adhere to hair easily., plus this is a daily chore. Color flakes get all over the counter and it's impossible to close for carrying purposesUGH!

I bought this product in Medium Brown, but it is RED, no brown at all .. When I put it in my hair ,I had red hair, not what I wanted at all.The maker needs to fix this so we can get the correct color, I liked the product and would order again if they would make Medium Brown look like Med. Brown..or maybe a dark brown.

I will not order this product again.... to me you can get the same results using Hallowwen Spray. Just recieved my order and was highly disappointed.

I tried this produce and it just does not work the way it was demonstrated on TV. I could not get the color to come through the brush as indicated on your show. I had to unscrew the bottle, and use a makeup brush to get the product to spread on my scalp. Having to return, don't want to have a mess with taking the top off each time to use. The product just did NOT come thru the brush as advertised.

Did not work well for me. Black color was too black and looked unnatural. Powder did not come out of the container well and splattered more when lightly shaken as you brushed and blended. I need to return both the items.

I didn't find this very effective. It covered the new growth partially so the grey was slightly darker. I used the black. I find other products more beneficial,

I keep trying to use this product to cover my roots successfully, but it does not give me the results I expect and/or want.

Product works, but, rubs off easily. I like the brush. Probably will use the brush with Adrien's "Thinning Hair Fill & Color" which does not rub off as easily.

I had a difficult time getting this to work and I also spilled some out as others have - After shaking the hec out of this product, it started to work. Since I threw out the original shipping items, I cannot return, but I think I would. I will try to use this product and see if it works at all. I'm sure I'll try a different product.

The refill was shipped before the applicator which arrived last week. I ordered the light brown which is much too dark for my lightly grey/lt.brown mix. The powder goes on very thick and is clearly visable on the scalp at the root area at the hair line. I had hoped for a thickening effect but instead it looked more like a painted streak. Might work for someone who just needs a touchup between colorings. Didn't work for me. I'll be sending it back. Too bad but I guess I'll either have to color my hair or continue to use another product I have that doesn't thicken but does blend the brown and grey to make the hair look fuller where it is thining..
