this item its completely not satisfying, color its too light and does not do what it promissed, :( to sad to say money waisted

VERY HARD TO GET THE PARTICLES TO COM E TO THE SURFACE SO THAT I COULD APPLY TO MY HAIR. I HAD TO DO A LOT OF SHAKING AND IT STILL DID NOT COVER MY GRAY HAIR

This probably works much better on someone who is mostly grey. It doesn't cover my roots very well at all. And I practically get a headache banging that thing on my scalp for 10 mins.

It does not cover well at all.

After trying the only other colors that were available, I waited many months to get this product in the correct color (lt. brown) and think it might have worked. In the meantime, however, the delivery system was changed and now it's almost impossible to get much of the powder to come out of the container! Please keep trying to get it right. While you're working on it, it's back to another product with old-fashioned compact & dauber brush. (Too bad, because I think your light brown color would have been better!)

I purchased the medium brown as the presenter and host said the dark brown would be nearly black. I usually color my hair with light/med brown - this is REALLY red. I have thinning hair and use a competitor's brand to fill in exposed scalp and thought this would do the same. Would be good for root touchups, but nothing else - and not brown but auburn.

I returned it because I ordered the wrong color. The color turned red in my hair!!

This productive is ok. Could definitely be better!! When the color comes out it doesn't just cover the area, the product gets on everything and is not easy to get out.

First this was a wrong color choice by me and second it made my hair look very dry. I returned it.

I returned this product. Was too small for the price and I found something else less expensive.

I couldn't get the powder to come-out of the brush enough to cover my grey. I kept rubbing and brushing, but it barely came-out of the applicator. Going back!

sent med. brown back for the dk. brown - disappointed that it was so reddish - and was obvious on my balding sparse section - could see it on scalp. maybe darker color will be better - here's hoping.

I found this messy to use. As carefule as I tried to be, the powder found it's way to my vanily top, my clothes, and later, my pillowcase. Difficult to blend along the hairline. Did not care for the coverage, and color was not a good match. Application took more work than I am willing to put in, and did not care for the results. It looks like dirt on the scalp. Even the demo makes it look like another person needs to do the application from a standing position. HSN sells a much better product than this in another line . Would send back if it was not such a hassle. and my husband already tossed the shipping box. so.. it will just sit in my "beauty" drawer for a possible try another time.

The coverage of this product is good however, I don't like the application process. It comes out too heavy in spots and not enough in other spots. Then I find myself having to rub some of it off.

This worked ok, but only lasted about 2 weeks..too expensive for such a small amount of product.
