Messy. Difficult to use. Not worth the money.

I have blond hair. I ordered this in the blond color and it literally made zero difference. Im greatly disappointed. So its going back.

Horrible gets on pillow. Way to much comes out this needs like a spice stopper inside for those who like this. If you shampoo the same day you might be okay... waste of money for me

This color is like NO color. Does nothing for making your hair look or feel thicker. I should sent it back, but it is not worth the effort.

Yes it does cover the roots but it will transfer onto everything it touches. Your hands, your pillowcase, if you pull a shirt over your head it will get on that too. I returned immediately for this reason.

Did not work for me. Rita Hazan spray is much easier to work with.

I really wasnt impressed with the product I couldnt get it to come down to the brush area. So now Ive transferred some into a little container and dab it with a small brush and hope I dont spill it onto my carpet it wont come out. Trust me on that

So I ordered medium brown and it barely covered anything. I am thinking it is because the color was too light for my roots so I exchanged for dark brown. Not 100% sure it will do what it should but I am hopeful.

this product is very difficult to get out of the bottle could not apply enough to see my roots covered

Its ok once it comes out i have problems getting the powder out and the brown is too light for my brown hair will try black next time without the brush.

Does an adequate job at coverage, but it sure makes a mess!

This product covers well but is so messy it flakes all over and rubs off really easy. I purchase another brand and it works better

Didn't realize it didn't come with an applicator. Sent back as I've found other similar products for a less lower cost.

I just received my color yesterday I ordered the dark brown because my hair is dark with a lot gray around my headline. The color have so much red that my gray turned pink. Nothing wrong with the bottle and brush just have to shake well holding the bottle up before using it. If you are brunette like me go with darker one.l will try the black color. Hopefully have more luck this time.

I have used this product for years, but the recent (larger size) that I received is different, comes out in clumps and hard to spread out. I ended up having to put the powder in one of the older smaller containers for proper application. Anyone else had this problem.
