I dont like how the top goes on you really have to push the brush together to get it on to close. Also more messy than it shows on tv. Prefer the brush shadow kind over this.

good coverage but......the color is very flat and its chalky.

I bought the Auburn in the past and love it! I bought the blonde this time and it does not cover at all. Returning it!

I have dark brown hair. Even though the picture of the product seemed light, I bought it. It is way too light. I will return it and get the black even though my hair is not black either, it is dark brown. Seems to work real good, its just not the right color for me. I Love HSN!

I ordered the medium brown because I have brown hair with caramel highlights. The bottle looked red to me but I thought I would try it just in case it looked different once applied. I put in on my part and immediately noticed how very red it was!! Exchanging for the dark brown. Hoping it will work.

It does not work well with my hair. I am wearing a relaxer and it actually reverses it. It does cover my Gray and thicken my thin hair. If I wore my hair natual it would be okay.

I like this product and it covers nicely. My only negative comment is that the container was only a little more than half full...hence reason for the 3 stars. Hopefully this is not the norm and was just a fluke from the processing center. My second re-order will determine if I will re-order after that.

I've been using this product for several years in the medium brown color and been very satisfied.Something is different with this batch. The intensity of color is too much and it seems to be much more clingy to my scalp and hair.Now Im never sure it ever really fully washes out of my hair and off of my scalp and have concerns about the impact on the health of my scalps.

I was excited to get this product but had to return it because it didnt match my hair color. Wanted to reorder in darker color, but was sold out

Bought this for one of my best friends, she really likes the product and it does what it says but The amount in product vs amount in $ makes you think about ordering again.

Depends on your objective. Covers as described, but definitely dulls the hair.

Love this product "Truhair"-Bought the regular full sizing w/ brush applicator- ran out so of course ordered the refill. Yikes, it doesn't even fill up 1/3 of the container. Please make it full-size refill like the original product.

I found this product as good coverage of my gray spots but did not like the feel of it on my hair it itched and made my hair feel dirty also left my fingers stained when I put my fingers thru it. I used it once.
