The color is perfect except it makes my hair very dry and looking dull sometimes even brittle.

Great product, thickens hair and covers outgrowth. The only complaint I have is that you have to keep hitting your scalp to get the powder to release. I wish they would figure out a better way to apply it to your scalp. I only use it around my bangs and front hairline area-and for that its perfect!

I love the concept, but I do feel there should be some improvements. One the colors are lighter then their names. I got the medium brown and it is more like an orange light brown. The other improvement I would try to make if possible is the flat color of the powder is too flat. There is too much matteness and does not look natural. Maybe it would have been better if I had a darker color, not sure. It does cover well as stated and does not come off until washed out and no transfer.

I have some spots that need scalp coverage. Not enough powder comes out for coverage, therefore a lot of tapping on my scalp. Once I get it on, it does a decent job. Have not seen much in thickening fibers. I'll keep tapping.

I was so excited to receive this product after watching multiple videos and live shows using this product on multiple people. One of things i liked is that most said the product provided shine. I have not found that to be the case and actually make my hair feel dry in the area applied. I will continue to try given i can't get my hair colored for awhile.

This product is so hard to get it to come out of the bottle. I have done what it says to do anda small amount will come out and then none. I think it needs to be a spray.

Not dark enough for me

I was unable to exchange for a lighter shade due to some sort of weird reason. You have to return 1st then re-order which is ridiculous and annoying. The powder stains the scalp. Tough to get out. The dark brown has a reddish tint which I did not like. Still undecided whether or not its worth it to return. Its def not as great as portrayed during demo. I myself don't recommend.

I do love this product! but dark brown is a medium brown for me & it costs a little too much to return!

I am only giving this a three stars because colors are not accurate.i wanted a dark brown and the color is medium to light brown. I have red highlights and wanted a true red, what I got was a rusted red

As others have written, it is impossible to access the powder as provided. I ordered the gray powder and, accessing same from the bottom of the container, I am mixing it with Joan Rivers' white hair powder. The mixture of colors works for me...miss you Joan...but if this Truhair abomination was my only option I would have sent it back. Wish providers would read their product reviews.

TRUHAIR is the best formula that I have tried, but I realized there's no point in ordering a refill, since the brush on the powder bottles stops working after the first week of use. No powder comes out, rendering the product useless.

This product will cover your gray, however its very messy, when you first use it. My disappointment with it, is the residue it leaves on your hands when you comb your hair and it will come off your hair before you shampoo!

This product does not thicken your hair nor does it make it look thicker. The 'fibers' do not serve this purpose. However it does do a decent job to hold you over between visits to the salon to cover your grays. In time the applicator brush will get damaged from the cap and the powder hardens inside the constainer.
