application has improved, not as messy but the color seemed more intense & didnt work for me...

I have tried a couple of other brands of this type product and I rate it as OK. I ordered the medium brown but it has too much red in it for me. Not sure if I would order again, but if I do I will certainly order the dark brown or black. I like my roots to be dark. It does seem to stay put.

I ordered medium brown and it has too much red in it. It would have been much better had it been medium brown with no red. It puts a reddish brown color on my darker brown hair. Not sure how it will look when my grey starts to show at roots.

I have thinning hair and it really covers my scalp, the only thing that I don't enjoy is getting it on my fingers after styling my hair and my pillow cases when I lay my head down to sleep.

I ordered a light brown refill, not knowing what to expect-OK. It's essentially a powder, I was a little surprised at it's size. I only needed it for a small area so I kept it-it does rub off. I saw a video claiming you could use it for root touch ups, they demoed blond roots on highlighted hair. I got excited and ordered this one, when I got it, I was utterly unhappy and shocked with the size of the jar, it's a little smaller than the refill, if you want to use it occasionally to touch up roots, you have to use so much that it will only last a little while and being powder, it seems that it "flies" off and does very little for your roots. Bottom line don't order for touch ups. What they charge for this little amount is not worth it, they would have to give you triple the size to make it more worth while.

The color is very close to what I want, but the container is too small for the price.

Hate to applicator, nothing comes out, Had to open and use a small brush. Light brown has MUCH to MUCH red in it, otherwise the product does work will give it another try using medium brown and hope it does not turn red.

Good coverage , blends well. The downfall is it makes your hair feel stiff and it looks dirty.. it does make it look much thicker and fuller though.. I will use it because it's paid for but old fashioned face powder would work as well if you could find it in your hair color.

I have a very difficult time getting the product out of the bottle. I have shook it, took a toothpick to clean it out and it still does not come out like the woman demonstrated on HSN. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing it again it they come up with a better solution for the flow of the product. Until then, I will continue with Joan Rivers' product on QVC. Sorry! I thought TruHair would be a good product being that the fibers and the brush was altogether.

the color ordered matched my medium brown hair perfectly. The product was very easy to apply as shown on tv. the color proceeded to come off on my towel while at the gym.

I love the color and coverage, the reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because I had a slight allergic reaction :(

I wasn't blown away but will use in a pinch.
