TRUHAIR by Chelsea Scott® Color & Lift Thickening Fibers - Auburn

I ordered this product in light brown. My hair is light to med ash brown. This is way too red. My hair is thinning and I wanted to cover my white scalp. It looked like rust on my scalp and drew even more attention to my problem area! Terrible. I had to wash it out. This is not for anyone with ash or cool color hair. I'll stick with Joan Rivers' Blonde. It's the perfect color for me. I sent TRUHAIR back. Too bad I have to pay to ship it back.

This got on my hands every time i touched my hair. Will not use again

This product was a total mess. When I opened the package the product spilled all over the place. I had a major clean up to contend with. I will be sending this back for sure. The color was definitely not a good match either.

I was excited to receive this product. Excellent price. Worked well on TV. When I received it, cap was not secure. Opened up and half of the product spilled out. Decided to give it a try, but coverage was awful. This is going back. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Don't work

I did the same thing as another reviewer and spilled product all over my bathroom counter and sweater I was wearing. What a mess. It stained washcloth and sweater. Found it hard to wash off my hands. Product is hard to dispense out of brush. Bought medium brown and found it had a lot of reddish tint to it. Did not like texture of my hair after applying this.

Going back the same day that arrived, I was so happy to see it in my mailbox, but minutes later what a mess went all over the place except my roots, face ,neck ,hands, clothes, tile floor, colored my cream carpet black CHARCOAL,ruined my vaccuum,had to take a shower to clean my self up from this oily charcoal mess!! NOTHING LIKE THE LIVE DEMO.

This product is called medium brown. It has a LOT of red in it. It is not a brown but rather a reddish color. It does work for coverage and if it were a true medium or dark brown it would be a product I would buy. Based on other products by TruHair a dark brown would be a great product.

I returned this item as well as the brush. Hair just feels dirty, sticky. This is not what I expected.

I am sorry to say but this item is not very good. Your hair feels dirty, sticky and yucky. It does come off when you shampoo but not a good feel or consistency and the color of your scalp is pinkish. You comb it through and hair still feels sticky.

Very dissatisfied with the packaging of this product. When I twisted the cap to open it, the bottom fell off and the product fell all over my counter. There is no indication on the container as to which side is the brush or the color powder. The color powder doesn't stay long or long enough until I wash my hair.

Good delivery idea with brush But the product is hard to tap out. THAT needs work.Also, light brown is too RED. Returning.

As soon as I put this powder on my clean hair, it became so stiff and dry that I could barely style it. I bought the medium brown and black to mix, because the dark brown had sold out while I was in the process of placing my order. I would send this back in a second, but I refuse to be charged $7 for shipping. That's just crazy. There is no charge to return things to a department store.If you have grey hair around your face frame, as I do, it is almost impossible to apply this without getting it on your skin. Then it is not that easy to get it off. Also, every time you touch your hair, your will have color on your fingers, and underneath your fingernails. If you sleep with it in, you will have color on the pillow cases. I have never been so disappointed with a beauty product that I have tried.I would definitely not recommend this product.
