I absolutely LOVE this machine. So easy to use. Easy on the joints. I am 62 years old. No problems at all while using it or after using it. I like the resistance adjustments, the comfortable seat, the monitor, the quietness of it. . Just everything. It's perfect!!! Buy it. You won't be sorry

I was not sure of buying this product without trying it first, but I am so glad I did. It is perfect for me. I have back and knee issues and I can ride this withiut any discomfort. It is wonderful and just what I needed. It took a bit to put it together but rides so quietly I can actually watch TV without the volume being extremely high.

My husband is now working from home and my doctor told me I needed to start exercising. We live in Florida so, for me, it's too hot to exercise outdoors most of the year. I've looked at this piece of equipment for better part of a year and after doing extensive research decided to order after it was a TS. We love it! For the price, the quality can't be beat. It puts no stress on your joints and it's the perfect exercise for those of us needing to get back into the swing of things.

Very sturdy. Just what I expected. Definitely need two people to put it together or one young strong person. I'm pleased with my purchase

My FreeStep was delivery on 2/12/2021, and I've been using it everyday for 30 minutes day. I had knee replacement on both my knees and I have some back issues and this is the best form of exercise I have found. There was no pain while I exercising, I was a little sore the next day in my arms and legs but that to be expected since I have not work out in several months. This was a great investment in me and I glad I purchased the FreeStep LT. I highly recommend this Recumbent Cross Trainer.

I just got to use the FreeStep for the first time today. I love how I felt after using it. I'm actually looking forward to using it again tomorrow. I'm not able to use a bike or elliptical due to a knee and hip issue. My grandson put it together for me by himself. It took about an hour. Than you for a well made piece of equipment.

Fed x delivered this item. I needed to help the driver get it off his truck. Way to heavy for one person. Then my wife and I needed to put it together. Were both 72 yrs. old. It took us over 2hrs. The machine is very well constructed. Were very happy with this equipment. Just wish it would have come a little more assembled.

I love this machine, to start with I have 2 herniated disc and am slightly over-weight. This machine seems to be taking care of both of these issues. I lost 7 pounds in 3 weeks, and my back feels a lot better. I also have respiratory problems, which is also being helped by the motion of the handles on this machine. I was worried about this purchase, but I made a really GREAT choice. It is definitely low impact, very easy on joints and no muscle pain.

I recently completed PT sessions for a knee replacement and needed a recumbent bike to continue exercising at home. The FreeStep with LT3 upgrades is perfect. It doesn't take much room. It is super quiet and there is no pressure on the knees. The resistance settings are more than enough for me. On 5, I can exercise for 25 minutes, but on 9, I can do maybe 5 minutes, and 13 is the top setting. Assembly was straight forward also.

  • Mr. Teeter: I Love My FreeStep!!!!!!, (Bunnie669 OK)

WOWZA!!!! I have been eyeing this for a while. What was I waiting for? I am 5'4" & weigh 1 24#. I was able to unpack, transport, & assemble it all by myself in 3hrs with the enclosed instruction booklet. Performance is whisper quiet, easy to adjust, and so enjoyable to use. I actually purchased this for my husband who has severe rheumatoid arthritis. He can now exercise without pain--something he hasn't done in a long time!! We feel so fortunate to have discovered Teeter & the FreeStep!
