It's a nice mat to protect floors and since it has pictures of different poses, it should assist as I become better and more secure with inverting.

I am happy to have it just to put under the inversion table - the graphics on it are even better!I have an older table, about 10 years old. It doesn't have a lot of the newer features, but it still works great.

I am very glad I ordered the mat it keeps my floor from being marked up. has all the exercises to use on it.

Trying to get adjusted to the Teeter. Wasn't to hard to put together. It took 20 minutes. I'm following all the instructions to get all the benefits.

It works very well under my Hang up. It keeps it from slipping & that is exactly why I bought it because I have tile floors in my home.

Great to have if you have a wood floor

I gave this machine as a gift.....the fellow i gave it to uses it every day for about 15 minutes....he said it works great on his aching back......

I bought a Teeter without getting the mat and had to order that later. I have wood floors, which really needed that mat to keep my Teeter where I wanted it. The "workout" routines are very helpful and give you a good idea of what you should be trying and when. Great addition to a wonderful Teeter, or would make a very nice yoga mat. I'm thinking of getting another one just for that.

I wasn't sure how to go about using my Teeter Hang Up. But the mat tells you exactly what to do. It's a little hard for me to read, though. Nice protection for the floor, too
