Damaged TV, (Laurluc58 MI)03/03/2023
I received the TV in a box that had been previously opened and I believe was a returned TV because of the condition of the contents. As suspected, the TV was damaged. I immediately called HSN. They were SUPPOSED to send me a return postage paid label. It still has not arrived. Ive been told 3 different stories and Im over it. Clearly I am going to have to pay to ship it back, which is wrong. Ive spoken with 3 customer service agents and gotten 3 totally different stories. So, Im on the hook
