Simply Natural 2-in-1 Wet/Dry Push Broom with Soap Dispenser

This innovative tool has revolutionized my outdoor cleaning routine. I couldn't be happier with the results!!! Instructions could be better but company sent me a simple "how to" video after I called with some questions.

It works ok once you figure out how to put it together. The instructions are absolutely horrible and customer service with the company is horrible. They know nothing about their product. You have to take some parts of the handle to attach it to your hose which the instructions dont tell you to do. I would not recommend this product

I purchased this with the anticipation of cleaning my vehicle, with the ease of the soap, dispenser attached to the hose and the broom. The instructions were very vague no pictures to show you how to actually connect the soap dispenser the connectors to the broom after 20 minutes of trying to get the right combination of the fixtures connected fill the soap dispenser with my car wash solution. It barely made any suds, and the container was empty in a minute.Very disappointed.

I purchased this broom in June. Unfortunately only use 2x . Used 2x last week and broom broke in half. I am very disappointed with hsn because I was offered $5. I will never purchase anything from HSN again

This item is very poor falls apart and is unusable. All plastic waste of money.

Instructions are poor and we couldn't get the connection right no matter how we combined the parts. Once we hacked it and got the water to flow into the broom, the soap was used up in a minute. The broom head easily twists away from the pole as you use it. The broom itself (used dry) sweeps patio well (but still does become loose). Better off wetting and soaping up the area and the using the broom without connecting to a hose. Very awkward and not worth purchasing.

The only thing I like about this product the brush. The instructions were very poor. I attempted to clean a large window in the front of my condo and found the process very awkward.

Don't waste your money really don't. Pieces missing, horrible instructions and pictures, had to do searching to even find out pieces were missing. Says a letter to the few parts there are, but nothing on the parts. Just don't waste your time. Sending mine back immediately,
